Welcome to WiFi Rummy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WiFi Rummy mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using WiFi Rummy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. About WiFi Rummy

WiFi Rummy is a casual Indian Rummy game designed for entertainment with friends and family.

The app supports local multiplayer gameplay using a WiFi network or mobile hotspot and also provides AI practice modes.

WiFi Rummy includes:

• 13-Card Rummy
• 21-Card Pool Rummy
• Local multiplayer games
• AI practice games
• Custom game variants and settings
• Scoreboards and round-based gameplay

Game rules and available features may vary depending on the selected game mode or app version.

2. Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling

WiFi Rummy is designed solely for casual entertainment.

WiFi Rummy does not offer or facilitate:

• Real-money gambling
• Betting or wagering
• Cash deposits
• Cash withdrawals
• Cash prizes
• Real-money winnings
• Redemption of game points for money or real-world value

No money is wagered on the outcome of any game played in WiFi Rummy.

Scores, points, and other gameplay results are used only within the game and have no real-world monetary value.

3. Local Multiplayer

WiFi Rummy allows players to play together using a local WiFi network or mobile hotspot.

An internet connection is not required for local gameplay. However, certain features such as advertisements, in-app purchases, updates, or other services may require an internet connection.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their devices and local network connections are suitable for multiplayer gameplay.

Network interruptions, device limitations, or connection problems may affect gameplay.

4. Game Rules

WiFi Rummy provides different game modes, including 13-Card Rummy and 21-Card Pool Rummy.

Game rules, scoring systems, penalties, joker rules, drop options, declaration rules, and other gameplay mechanics may depend on the selected game variant and settings.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of the game mode they select.

The app may provide hints or optional gameplay assistance. These features are intended to assist players and do not guarantee a particular game outcome.

5. Fair Play

Users must use the app responsibly and must not intentionally disrupt, manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the normal operation of the game.

Users must not:

• Exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities
• Interfere with other players' devices or connections
• Manipulate game data
• Modify the application to gain an unfair advantage
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

We may update the app to improve security, stability, gameplay, or performance.

6. Multiplayer Communication

9. Premium Purchase

WiFi Rummy may offer an optional Premium upgrade as a one-time in-app purchase.

Premium is optional and is not required to download or use the basic features of the app.

Premium benefits may include:

• Unlimited multiplayer gameplay
• No rewarded-ad requirement for multiplayer gameplay
• Other Premium features described in the app

Premium features may be updated or improved in future versions.

10. Payments and Purchases

In-app purchases made through Google Play are processed according to applicable Google Play terms and policies.

The Premium upgrade is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.

Prices may vary depending on the user's country, region, currency, applicable taxes, or Google Play pricing.

Purchase management and refunds may be subject to Google Play policies.

11. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

We aim to provide a stable and enjoyable experience. However, we cannot guarantee that the app will always operate without interruptions or errors.

The app may be affected by:

• Device compatibility
• WiFi or hotspot connectivity
• Network interruptions
• Operating system updates
• Device performance
• Software errors or bugs

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features when necessary.

For the best multiplayer experience, players should use the latest compatible version of WiFi Rummy.

Different app versions may not always be fully compatible during multiplayer gameplay.
